The Oil Creek District Pipeline is intended to be a two way conduit of information between the 14 member libraries of the Oil Creek Library District and the District Library Center. I read the article. I still say if you get to know the teen and tweens, they will tell you what they want. Some of them will try to push the limits but once they are set, they usually will adhere to them.
